Open Enrollment is open (again) through May 15th
The Health Insurance Marketplace is open and anyone who needs coverage or wants to change their plan can do so through May 15, 2021. Here is more information on how to enroll during this special enrollment period and where to get help with the process.
Apply on your own at Healthcare.gov
Healthcare.gov is the website where you can apply for coverage, see what you qualify for, and select a 2021 health plan. After you fill out an application for coverage, you receive an eligibility determination and can then shop for coverage. The application automatically screens for Montana Medicaid eligibility.
You can also apply over the phone through the Marketplace call center:
1-800-318-2596.
Get in-person enrollment assistance
Most Montana communities have enrollment assisters who can help walk you through the application process. Whether you have a few questions, or need help through the entire process, their help is always free and confidential. Find an enrollment assister.
Get phone assistance through Montana Navigator
You can also get phone enrollment assistance through Montana Navigator. They are certified enrollment Navigators and their help is free and confidential. They can answer questions, walk you through the application, and answer any questions so you can select a plan. Their number is
